A Nairobi and Mogadishu-based professional services firm needed a globally credible website to showcase expertise in public governance, monitoring & evaluation, climate action, and implementation advisory — and establish trust with institutional donors and partners like USAID, UNICEF, WFP, World Vision, DFID and the UK FCO.
What we built
Built an authoritative consulting site with dedicated service tier pages (MEL, Risk Governance, Implementation & Advisory, Strategy & Reform, Climate & Environment), a regional deep-dive showcasing East African roots and on-the-ground presence across Somalia, Kenya and beyond, a portfolio of engagements, and a partner logo strip from 20+ international agencies to underline institutional credibility.
