The challenge
Kenyan pharmacies running retail and wholesale counters needed compliance-ready software — M-Pesa payments, KRA eTIMS invoicing, SHA/NHIF insurance claims and FEFO expiry tracking — built specifically for local pharmacy operations rather than adapted from generic POS software.
What we built
Delivered a pharmacist-built POS SaaS with a public live demo, M-Pesa STK push and card payments, an offline-first PWA mode for spotty connections, cold-chain and FEFO batch tracking, role-based access for six staff types, and built-in 16% VAT and eTIMS compliance.
